Dining In Aspen

Having lived and worked in the valley for so long, I have some favorite restaurants I would love to share with you.

Upscale Favorites

Cache Cache

A longtime favorite, Jodi Lerner has run this restaurant for over 35 years. The menu is just amazing with too many favorites to list here. I personally love the Rotisserie Chicken. And the Chocolate Mousse Parfait is one of the best desserts in town

Matsuhisa

This is some of the best sushi in the country. Some of my favorites are the New Style sushi, Tempura Crab Claws and for dessert, the Nobu Style Shaved Ice.

Steakhouse No. 316

Craig and his wife Same have been running several restaurants in town. This happens to be my favorite. Every time I eat here I am blown away by the quality and consistency of the food. Make sure to get the onion rings, they are just amazing.

Betula

A great dining experience. All the food is great here. And the mixed drinks are amazing, as is their presentation.

Casual Dining

Brunelleschi’s

Brunelleschi's is super kid-friendly with a great menu. The meatballs and chicken parmesan are amazing. They also have a great bar with 4 big-screen televisions to watch sporting events.

Meat and Cheese

Great for dine-in or take-out, the half or whole roasted chicken and brussel sprouts are just amazing. Meat and Cheese is truly a mouthwatering dining experience.

CP Burger

CP Burger has great shakes and thick burgers. Located next to the skating rink, the outdoor dining makes for some amazing people watching. Craig and Sam own a number of other restaurants in town.

Mezzaluna

Brick oven-fired pizza with a great bar and après ski scene. Happy hour specials include some very inexpensive domestic beers

520 Grill (Silverpeak Grill)

Troy Selby, the owner, and chef has lived in the valley for over 30 years. This is a great place for some quick and easy lunch or dinner take-out. They specialize in burgers and dogs, but I really love their cheesesteak.

Campo De Fiori

Maybe the best party/dining vibe in town. The bar turns into a full scene once they stop serving dinner after 10:30.
